The early check-in allowed me to prepare for a wedding. I appreciate the hotel staff's consideration. the rooms were near each other. the pillows were the best i've ever experienced. This feature provided really good comfort.
The in-room fridge was quite small. I found it a bit inconvenient.

a free tram stop is just outside, so it is easy to go into the cbd area. the hotel is handy to many places. it is close to a tram stop for quick access to other parts of the city.

beautiful king room relaxing atmosphere city views inconsistent information disappointing breakfast inexperienced staff
the beautiful king room was stylish. it was also clean and very comfortable. i found a relaxing atmosphere after a day out. the rooftop pool had fine city views.
The check-in experience was not good. i received inconsistent information about my room availability. the breakfast was disappointing. The coffee machine wasn't working. i also noticed the attending staff were inexperienced.
